Problem with my Intune when identifying my car

Hey there,
Today I tried to change the parameters but when i turned on my ignition for the intune to identify the car it showed "bad sum" and then some numbers and in the end "null".
could anyone please help me about that?

did you load a file to the intune?
Maybe a custom tune that wasnt made from a intune file?

The car was already tuned by a costum tune from diablosport
I wasn't tuning the car I just wanted to change te parameters
And it wouldn't even read the car's computer and just showed some numbers, bad sum and null
