Srt4 Question

I have a 2004 Srt4 with minor mods: Stage1, CAI, AGP Wastegate. With this setup my boost spikes at 19 and drops to 16. My question is will the 93 Tune work with the Stage1 ECU or will it permanently wipe the original tune on the ECU. Will I see any benefit from the Diablo tune versus what I have now? I already have Intune for my Jeep JK and am very happy with the results. Thank you for your help.
