Trinity T1000 not work

Good afternoon friends! I from Russia
I got Trinity T1000 on eBay.
it joins without problems but when pressing any button there is it. what's the problem? at connection to PC, PC it sees but as Diablo through couple of seconds hangs

you need to send that in to diablosport to get fixed... it will cost you $$$ since you bought it used from ebay, so you have no warranty....

send an email to [email protected] and they'll let you know what you need to do...

thanks, you think this issue can be resolved? for this purpose I will need to pay in addition?

I just bought my trinity today, plugged it in and I have the exact same problem/screen. :evil:
Send me instructions to fix or should I just take it back?
