Can't find my makes on trinity

Just got my trinity delivered and tried to hook up with my 2013 Jeep Wrangler.
But trinity shows only Cadillac, Ford, GMC.
Do I have to get it replaced with the right one?
Or I can just get it fixed through software update or something?

I also have a issue with connecting trinity to PC.
I installed downloader and try to connect trinity with USB but I can't go through to next step - registration.

Please help me...

it should just need to be updated, also be sure you are not clicking the 2x arrow and skipping past Jeep

I could find the Jeep Wrangler 2012. Can I just use this one for my 2013 Wrangler sport unlimited?

I also have connection issues when I tried to update. Software cannot find the trinity and gave me error message as below.

"Trinity Protocol Warning

DS Downloader is configured for Trinity, but the detected tool does not appear to support the XML RPC protocol.
Please verity the DS Downloader configuration via the configuration link on the connection test tab.
Please also verify that you have installed the Trinity USB drivers on the CD that came with your Trinity."

What should I do?
