Intune connecting to Dataviewer 3.3 no worky

Im having issues getting the dv to even see the tool just constantly says searching for connected tool and never changes. Any insight into this? I have all updates up to J etc.

inTune USB driver installed?

Pretty as I had to get the one for windows 7. It has worked very sparingly in the past, but now nothing. It connects into the computer fine. Attach that driver and ill reinstall and double check.

Just bought this i1000 and i have to say it is not worth a dime it doesn't load my data file because i cant get the viewer to work there are no options for 87 tune 91,93.. it says easy to use on the box MISLEADING i rather have the car dyno and pay top dollar this think is not what a tuner should be i want to return it unless someone would Resolve issues without downloading every program just to read a data file

there are 1000s of people using this device, its not that difficult, if you need some assistance, please feel free to just ask us, rather than come here just to bash the product.
