How to view Datalogs?

I bought my InTune this weekend, registered and cycled the first few installs until everything was up to date. After adjusting some parameters and datalogging I realized I could not open them. The only thread I found talking about this was never answered:

So, Where do I go to get the correct program? I see people posting info files but Im not sure where to find that and after downloading these files seperately do not know where to put them:
- DCX_PID-1r01a.ITF
- InTune-1r03.itf
- registration.itf
- DCX_TUNES-1r01c.ITF which superceded by DIABLODCX-DCX_TUNES-1r01o.ITF

If you can clue me in I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Steve
