Fan settings

This may have been covered before, but I'm asking again. When the fans are set to come on, when reset with the Trinity T-1000. At what speed do the low MPH fans come on and the go off? Or do they stay on as long as the temp setting is above the set temp, regardless of speed?

I seem to recall low speed is really slow, like below 8 MPH or so only...
