2014 Ram Error reading tire size parameter

Hi,
I bought the intune dcx for the ability to change the tire size, can you please help me resolve this error?!

Firmware info shows DCX Tune DB: 1r01o
Did something go wrong trying to update to 1r01c??

What exactly do you mean? What was the full file name of the 1r01c file?

I started on a mac, updating the intune with the files located here https://www.diablosport.com/forum/viewt ... 46&t=35186
DCX_TUNES-1r01c.ITF.
I then switched to a pc to register and it auto updated.

I can write tunes to vehicle and restore the vehicle. If I try to write a tune or modify the stock tune I get Error reading tire size parameter if I try to make tire size adjustments to any of the tunes.

I HAVE A 2013 RAM 1500 AND AM GETTING THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE FOR CHANGING THE TIRE SIZE PARAMETERS, THIS IS THE MAIN REASON I GOT THIS PROGRAMER AND CANT CHANG IT... HELP!!!

Im glad Im not the only one having the problem!! I hope that this gets resolved soon, like you the main reason I got this was to change the tire size!!!

Sorry for the late reply guys.

We have an update in the works right now to resolve this issue in particular. We understand that this is an inconvenience and for that reason, this has been a prioritized and should be included in the next software update. For the time being, please refrain from adjusting tire size if it continuously gives you an issue.

I also purchased the tuner primarily to fix my speedo and now feel taken advantage of...
