Recommended Fan Speeds for SRT8 Jeep in TN

I was just curious who has some good recommended Fan speed settings for the south in the summer on a 2012 SRT8 Jeep with a 180 T-Stat installed. I currently have these but was not sure if these from NH are still the best down here.

cooling fans AC off
-high mph hs fan on 195
-high mph ls fan on 178
-high mph ms fan on 185
-low mph hs fan on 195
-low mph ls fan on 178
-low mph ms fan on 195

-high 195
-low 178
-medium 195

You should only ever subtract about 20 degrees from each of the factory fan speed settings when installing a 180 degree t-stat.
