Tune difference between JLT intake versions?

I have an 06 Mustang GT with a JLT 3 cold air kit on it. I'm running the preloaded JLT Cold Air tune in my 7140 and it's throwing the P0171 and P0174 lean codes. Is this because the tune for the JLT 3 is different than the original JLT tune that is already preloaded in the tuner?

yes, post your last tune written and we'll set it up for the S3.

Ok, I'll have to get ahold of a data cable for the tuner so I can connect it to the computer. I didn't get one with it when I bought it.
