14 Ram 1500, Where did I go Wrong With my Update?
Hey guys I tried to update my Trinity T-1000 from my 2010 Ram 1500 hemi and I messed up and need help fixing it
I traded my 2010 in three days ago for a 2014 Ram 1500 5.7L hemi and unmarried it from the truck before I pulled it. I then installed the DS Downloader, USB Driver, and Data Viewer onto my laptop and plugged the Trinity into it.
It updated whatever it needed to update before I then downloaded and installed the Trinity_dcx_gas-1r11e_update.crom onto the Trinity. Everything downloaded fine and my Trinity then lit up and gave me the option to change model years for my new truck.
I selected 2014 dodge ram hemi and the Trinity shut off and restarted. Now here's where my problem lies. The Trinity illuminates a blank screen only and on the DS Downloader it says disconnected. No matter how many times I unplug the Trinity and plug it back in only a blank screen illuminates.
Where did I go Wrong? What did I not install properly or what should I remove? Can somebody help help me out here because I really really don't know how how to fix this thing from here on out.
If you guys have any more questions and need more info feel free to ask whatever is needed

Makes sense.. i'm Canadian and completely forgot there was a holiday this weekend.
Upon doing these steps will my Trinity be fully updated to run in my 2014 ram?

Ok so every single time i try to update my trinity with the 1r11 file the process freezes and the DS Downloader is not responding, and then it says the crom file could not be downloaded and it cannot connect to diablosport website due to the no internet connection.
Like right now it keeps freezing and the program says not responding when it's trying to transfer the 7130 cummins 1r11.crom to the tool and i can't get beyond that transfer.
is this normal? do i keep pecking away at it until it finally downloads or what is causing this issue?
do I really need to disconnect from the internet or can i do the process while still being connected?

Ok after dozens of freezes I think it's finally fully updated.. i gotta get the dealership to officially install it to maintain my warranty and then and then i'll report back on how everything is working out

Okay so I have a new issue that forced me to unistall the Trinity from my truck.
I updated it and calibrated it to work for my 14 ram and installed the economy tune without a problem but now my trucks dash gauges won't shut off when the truck is turned off. I uploaded a video below to show what i mean.

This only happens when a tune is installed.. When it's just plugged out everything seems fine

Is there maybe a toll free number that i can use to contact diablosport with? I don't really have the patience to wait two days for a mods replies. I want to get this programmer issue fixed or sell it to the next guy to run.
