do you mean only when a tune is installed, or only when the device is plugged in?

Only when a tune is installed is when my gauge cluster won't shut off and you see what you see in the video.

I plugged my programmer in yesterday but didn't install any tunes and the gauge cluster shut off properly

No I only installed economy tune and made no further adjustments to it

try one of the performance tunes to see if its any different.

So this is what's up.

On every single tune installed I discovered that the gauges won't go out ONLY when the programmer is in monitoring mode.

But when a tune is installed and the programmer is left at the main menu, when the truck is turned off the gauges go out and the programmer programmers screen eventually goes black.

OK, thakns for the feedback, I was sure there had to be more to it, is this an 8 or 6 speed Ram?

OK, we'll have to try to duplicate this.

For now, go to options/set sleep monitor and set it to 0 seconds and see if that helps.
