Where is the oil pressure gage?

Post by DougTomczak »

Trinity, latest update, 300C, 2006,SRT8 - Can anyone tell me please, how I can get an oil pressure gage on my trinity. I have a oil pressure V gage, it isn't what I wanted and I don't see it anywhere in the manual or in the pids. I must be over looking it somewhere, and why is the mph gage in decimals. It never reads the decimals and all it does is take up space that could be used for a larger read out of speed. Is there a way to fix that too??? Thanks for any input on these subjects. And no I don't have an "A2D" pid in my oil pressure group.

edit the gauge... change the "units" to change the units in which its measured...

Well, for an oil gage, there isn't another unit of measure except the V it just keeps telling me this. Tryed it on the mph also, NOPE, can't do anything about the decimals. I really think something is missing. I guess I'm old school and I want to read my oil pressure in PSI, not volts. Does this tuner have a psi ?

I have the same issue. I want to see PSI but there are no alternate "units" available. 2006 300C SRT8 latest update. Please help!

But wait... I just read on LXF that it's not supported through the ODBII. True? If so... bummer. Damn you Chrysler.... Damn you to hell.

Nope, OBD2 only shows it in Volts. You need a sender and separate gauge to see psi if the car doesn't have its own gauge. Unless theres some sort of algorithm to convert the volts over.
