WHAT HAPPENED???????

What happened to the thread on the DR's??? Did you guys give up on it or what? Just curious as I don't see the thread anymore. First the ad went on the main page now the annoucement thread disappears. Is this thing ever gonna come to light or should I just put my money towards an SCT tuner?

SCT doesn't have a Hemi tuner for Ram's that i'm aware of...Mike deleted the thread, they're still working on the tuner

I only deleted it because it was an old thread announcing the release of the U7135, which has been out for months now...

Mike, I don't think they are asking about the U7135 update that was a sticky. There was a thread just about the "DR update" that looks to have gotten deleted too. That is not giving anyone a good feeling about the Diablo for the Dodge Ram. Maybe you could create a new thread just for the DR Update and Sticky it? Then post an update every couple of days? Guys, wish I had not deleted that, but believe me, we did not waste all this R&D on the trucks to not release the tuner.

I'm not doubting that ya'll are still working on it. Just saying that a formal DR Update thread would make people feel better about wether one will be comeing out or not. I totaly understand why ya'll don't want to give a release date but we have been waiting a long time and to keep getting put off and then have the thread talking about the tuner that has not come out deleted does not leave a good feeling.

I like how my link got removed that talked about SCT's tuner

. Diablo getting scared cause there not gonna be the first tuner out that can do custome tunes.

Maybe you guys could find out who supplies SCT with there hardware and get your tuner up and goin.

Mike, how about my post about the DS tuner not working and going into "this tool is now under remote control...? It's driving me crazy. YOu'd think an engineer could install a simple upgrade, but his unit won't let me install on my '06 300C 5.7!

ok guys yes diablo and sct are both on the verge....have you heard how much sct is gona cost? $600....by god it better come with a midget to wipe my a$$ when i poop for that price.

LOL, and they already have stated that tuning for forced induction will not be possible for at least a while...we've already crossed that bridge....
...and the DR tool will be no more than our current Hemi tool.

I keep hearing empty promises. You say your programmer is capable of all kinds of stuff, but we have yet to even see something from you. How long have you been promising a DR preditor???

Hell you have had 3 years now to produce something and yet there is still nothing. I mean really how hard is it to get this hardware you keep refering to. No other companies have had problems getting it. Seems to just be an out for you guys, because the real reason is probably that ya don't have the tuning down yet.

Sir, you simply do not understand what you are talking about here.
If it was that easy, why is the market not flooded with tuners for Hemi vehicles that support custom tuning?
Why didn't SCT release a tool 3 years ago?
These things take time, real time, engineering time, testing time, and then more testing time.

Whether or not you believe it, we have tuned at least 10 Hemi DR trucks here in house. We picked up solid HP/TQ and mileage on these trucks.
We do not yet have the ability to change gear/tire sizes, so we will wait until we can do so before releasing the tool.
