Can't Load Tune After Trans Rebuild at Dealer

I put the truck back to the stock tune before I took it to the dealer. I just got the truck back yesterday. Now I can't install a tune. When I plugged in the tuner it: read my stock tune, then processed stock tune, then said to connect the tuner to the PC, so I connected it to the PC, it updated the tuner, I went back to the truck, it started the process all over agin, then sia d that the ECU had been previously tuned by a DS product, and that was it. I repeated the whole process again. But the second and third time it didnt say to update the tuner. Just wouldnt load a tune. Also, when I look in the tune file the only tune in there is the last tune written which is from 3 weeks ago and kinda strange because the last tune written was the stock tune??? Whats up?
