Is the analog input really 0-5v?

I have installed a new AFR Monitor and when I do the math for the analog output to the Trinity and use the manufacturers formula the math reads correct but the Trinity does not. It's off by a full point. If set the analog input settings to read from 1v parameter it is much closer to the math and what the monitor is reading. What gives?

So upon further testing. I made a test gauge that reads volts. I have 4.3v on the pin of the cord. When I plug it in I only show 3.4v. Is there a way to calibrate the Trinity? Is this something that needs to be sent back to Diablo for.

That is correct. Trinity gauge is set up to do 0-5v. My meter at the plug before I plug it in reads 4.3v which corresponds to the air/fuel monitor and their math scale.

I cant say I have ever seen this. Check to make sure the cable is seated properly in the receptacle.

Channel 2 works fine with my Fuel pressure. I will try putting a/f on channel 2 and see if that does it also.

So test #2. Oxygen sensor out of exhaust, reads 4.5v and not plugged into Trinity. Plug into Trinity and voltage drops to 3.8v. That can't be voltage loss because it reads the same at the plug before I push it in(4.5v).

Found out the reason you have never had this problem before, it's because it isn't the Trinity that was the problem. The monitor I was using reads the right voltage when it is unplugged from the Trinity, when I plug it in the voltage drops. So I took a dcv signal generator and check from 0-5 volts with it and the Trinity reads it fine. Thanks for trying to help, Mike.
