intune update utility stopped working

Good day Guys,

I keep getting an error every time the intune.e x e starts immediately (error 12175)
then a message saying that (Diablosport inTune Update utility has stopped working.

I'm stuck with this, tried to unplugged it several times with no luck.
attached is the info file.

The intune still has the same problem only showing now the error (12007)

The car is waiting for this so I can tune it and drive it.

that error generally indicates that the updater cent get to our server, either due to not internet, or a firewall blocking it perhaps?
