No cdrom or Intune.exe

When i plug in the Intune, it doesn't update or show the intune.exe
I have a folder named: logs, which is empty.
And a folder named: tunes, which is also empty.
There is an info file, and this is what is contained in it. PLEASE HELP!

save this to the intune drive then the cd rom drive should appear.

Ok...i did that and it said writing. When the Intune drive opened back up, it doesn't show any change in the file folders and there is still no cdrom or intune.exe either. Is it possible to mail this to you guys and you can just reformat it or something?

It would be another drive called diablosport, no ton the intune drive itself, do you have another pc you can try it on?

The only place i find Diablosport is in my list of 'All Programs'. When i click on it, it shows DataViewer 3.3 and Uninstall DataViewer 3.3
I don't understand why there is nothing on the Intune itself...it's acts like an Ipod with no Itunes on it.

there is not supposed to be anything on the intune drive sir, there is no problem there.

the diablosport drive is not some file on your pc, it is listed under computer as a CD ROM drive, called diablosport.

If you cant see it on another PC, please fill out the return form on our site and get it sent in for a check up.

I called tech support, they got me squared away. Thanks for helping, but it needed files sent by email.
