Unable to update.

I attempted to add a tune to my Challenger after removing the tune from my Avenger. Tuner stated that it needed updated and to connect to PC. Upon doing so I got error 12175. I played around with it for awhile and now when I go to run intune.exe it automatically takes me to the registration page. Upon trying to register it, it states already registered. Now what? Firmware versions are as follows:

Application: 1r03y

I am having the exact issue. I thought it was just me.
I was going crazy with this.
I assumed the update site was down.

I updated mine lastnight, Monday around 8pm

These are late but I wanted to post them anyway.
I was finally able to update my tuner. Had to do it in steps.
vince_ross thanks for your post.
Thanks Mikel for your assistance.
Hopefully you will find a fix for my data logging problem.
