Tune files

Post by jimadvig »

I had my car dyno tuned and have been having trouble with them getting the tune right. I have had it back 4 or 5 times now and nothing seems to be better. Can I use the last tune written to give to another tuner to make changes to or would they need the actual tune file from the dyno tuner?

either way is fine as long as the custom tunes are not locked.

Perfect. I am having problems with the rpms hanging at around 1300 when I out in the clutch and come to a stop. It takes a few seconds or longer to come down to 800 after I come to a complete stop. I also have a slight stumble at 2800-3000 under regular throttle in every gear. They can't seem to figure those two issues out. Any ideas what it could be?

It is a 2006 Mustang GT with about 26000 miles on it. ProCharger P1SC-1 kit. Everything else is stock.

Are you using the procharger supplied tune?

Is the check engine light on?
