2012 Jeep Wrangler Transmission issues

So I had my Trinity on my JGC for awhile. Worked great, no issues. Uninstalled as I traded it in. Updated the tool with the latest updates, changed the vehicle selection to a 2012 Wrangler, and installed the 91 tune.

After the tune, the car will go into a limp mode after about 30 seconds. It will lock into whatever gear you are in at the time (usually 3rd by then, but its done it in othe rgears). I cannot manually change gears (auto tranny w/ "manual" mode). I must turn the car off and restart it and it will be back to normal for another 30 seconds. The CEL illuminates but will not give me a code.

Tried reinstalling the tune to no avail. Any suggestions?

did you swap rear end gears?

Gears from the factory are 4.10. Maybe thats the problem? I checked the gear ratio and told the 91 tune to use 4.10 gears. Should I have left it alone? It was defaulting to like 3.73 or something.

Yes, do not change that.

Gotcha alright. Thanks for the info so quickly! May not even need to worry about it now. Might just get thrown into a new 2014 RAM we shall see.
