help!!

so I was going to pull the 93 octane tune off my 2013 dodge charger and upload the stock tune cause im selling the car. it pulled my tune off and will not upload the stock tune.. so I brought the trinity home to update and try again and when I plug it in its still giving me the same message "the last tune didn't finish the original will be restored" I cannot even update the unit any suggestions? at this point I don't care what tune is on it as I was supposed to trade it off this evening.. and the trinity keeps going in circles trying to install the tune at 54% it says failed to write and shuts down..
