Still no news? I was told almost 3 weeks ago after waiting on hold for 30 minutes for the 5th or 6th time that you had a JK in finally to work thru the problem.

ANY NEWS would be nice... We bought the Trinity in good faith that it would function as promised. We understand that unforeseen things can happen but we've been waiting for this fix since October and are getting VERY frustrated at the lack of attention by DS.
We would much rather be an advocate of DS than a pissed off corporate statistic that will always have a terrible opinion of DS and share it with everyone we know. Word of mouth is a powerful tool, either to the positive or the negative.
Please fill us in as this is getting to be ridiculous!

Thank you!

1r12 should not cause this issue on any JKs.
Getting the tool to correct it once it has happened is something we are still looking into.

Bump...

Any news on this?
Well after installing the new DSdownloader (12/5/2013), installing the new f crom and following the TPMS instructions noted above by Garrett (I disabled and enabled it twice to each tune to be sure) but there are still issues.
The steering wheel stereo controls NOW work however the compass, auto headlight sensor and many personal options are still not working or available.
Personal option selections missing from the EVIC menu still:
- Auto unlock on exit
- RKE unlock
- Sound horn with RKE lock
- Flash lamp with lock
- Headlamp off delay
- Headlamps with wipers
- Illumin approach
I called in 5-6 weeks ago and was told you just got a JK in your shop for testing.

Today I updated to the "MEGA CROM" 1R12 but no change. What's in this update? Anything for 2012+ JK's?

Thanks,
Mike

Well, I just finished the forced calibration update and guess what... NO CHANGE!!!!!!

This is just ridiculous! Every time I call DS it's a different story. This time Mike said he hasn't heard of the EVIC control (Stereo, auto head lights don't work, compass doesn't work etc) in months but I called in a month ago and they told me "they just got another JK in and were in the process of testing".
Now still no EVIC controls and no A/C! They say they don't see how it's anything they caused because the Jeep should be at the stock configuration with the stock tune after the forced calibration update.
Well guess what DS, The friggin' Trinity caused all of this and yet you say it can't be us. I've been very patient in hopes you would man up and fix the problem. I've heard that you were"working on it" so I haven't pushed it but this takes the cake! No A/C in August! What the @%$!. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND DON'T BS US ANY MORE!

I will blast all of the forums and Facebook with this story since October 2012 to help others from being taken by you if you don't. All I ask is you stand behind your mistake! We're all human, I get that. It's what you do after the mistakes have been made that tells the tale!

I look forward to your response!

I just returned from the dealer and $130.00 poorer but the problems the Trinity caused are all fixed within 30 minutes. The root issue is that the DS Trinity wiped out the TIPM (Total Integrated Power Module- Fuse block) so the TIPM didn't know what vehicle it was in since it is used in all Chrysler/ Dodge vehicles. It needed to be reconfigured with the specs for my VIN number to reload all of the features my Rubi JK has: like A/C steering stereo controls, auto headlights, rear hardtop wiper, etc...
Now everything is working fine but DS still doesn't know when they will have the quick adjusts fixed so it doesn't kill the config. in the TIPM. I just noticed this morning that there is now a 13 Crom on the update page but still no info from DS telling us what is in it. I bought this tuner in good faith (over $600.00 of my hard earned good faith) and they said this morning that I should steer clear of the quick adjusts (like tire size adjustments) which is one of the main reasons for buying it.
Come on DS, work on this seriously as this has been going on since October of 2012. Turning a blind eye and even worse, not informing your customers of the problems the quick adjust can cause is poor business at the very least and malicious on the other end...
IF the Trinity can wipe out the TIPM why can't DS pull the same files that the dealer did to restore it?!?!?!?
Being 1st on the market with a product (2011+ Chrysler tunes) doesn't mean $hit when you have done your due dilengence with PROPER testing! :crashing: :crashing: :crashing: :crashing: :crashing: :crashing: :crashing:

Just my rant.... I have a Challenger R/T with a newly fouled up Intune, I ran an update recently and It fouled up my PID list for logging. I was running a custom tune from an extremely reputable (nationally known) tuner who needed my logs to polish the tune after load. I had a bunch of PID "gibberish" show up on my list and they would not delete. after a total of 50 e-mails with two different techs and several attempts at a fix it's still happening. I've lost confidence in the tool itself and the support from DS as a whole., We're talking a $35,000 car here.... I loaded my original backup and I'm done.... I'm cashing out before I have a bricked PCM. There is another manufacturer who makes a quality unit and they just merged with another huge company in the tuning world. Guess what they just happen to have, a certified tuner in the next town over from me.You guessed it, local support, six days a week. Look for the local support guys, I have a 3hour time difference between me and DS and I work for a living, I can't just leave work willy nilly and call for a problem that shouldn't have happened... DS needs to realize if they want to be the biggest and the best that they need to provide effective support to their customers including maybe 24hr support (one or two guys) and weekend hours (when the working man has time for this). Bottom line is this They can run their company any way they want, and reap it's rewards or consequences. Based on my experience with them I'm choosing to jump while there's still a parachute to grab...Writing off my $400.00 tuner as crap is still cheaper than the consequences.

I 2nd this. Dude a few posts above talked about how it jacked with his quick adjust parameters in his Wrangler...oh but wait, it'll be fixed with the NEXT update. Shouldn't be screwed up from the get go. Total B.S. Stuff should be correct right out of the box, i'm no software developer and don't understand and the 1's and 0's of computers but when a company continuously ignores their lifeline (ie customers PROVIDING their job), that's just garbage. I shouldnt need to be afraid to use the tool on a Saturday cuz I am fearing it's gonna brick my Jeep and they offer no customer support on weekends. It shouldnt brick it to begin with!!! It shouldnt remove my standard OEM features, it shouldnt make my vehicle run like crap, and if it does, it should be easy to remove it and flash it back to stock without ANY issues. Maybe I'm way off base here. But when I pay $600 and put it on a damn $35000 vehicle i'd rather it not sit broken in my garage.
