cal sequence 4?

I updated my trinity and now I am getting cal4 sequence when I attempt to go to the performance tab. Any ideas?

Getting the same message when trying to get to the performance tab. Just paid over $600 for this thing, want it to work!

Contacted tech support by phone, they emailed me a new CRON and walked me through resetting my tuner. 1T12BE update fixed the problem.

We're getting that on my 2013 4.7 regular cab shortbox Ram too.

Same issue with a 2013 Dodge Challenger RT. This thing is frustrating and about to be Resold.

Mike I had this error with a 2004 dodge ram hemi a few days ago. I have since got things working out but just wondering would that updated fixed my Cal update issue?
