lost custom tune after factory tune reinstall

Is it normal for when I have a custom tune in my U7135 Predator tool with the latest update, do a factory backup reinstall tune the custom tune gets erased or deleted from the tool?

Yes, that is normal when you restore.

Had the same thing happen to me. So what now? Is there a way to get the custom tune back?
I probably know the answer already and I really don't want to hear it because I didn't do it (backup). So if
there is another way please let me know. Thanks

have the tuner send you a new copy of the file?
