Public Apology to Mike. I am Sorry
I got my new Predator friday from an online company. Opened it, to only find it did not have the USB connection or Power supply. To say the least I was a little upset. Then I read and read and re-read a number of posts on all the Charger, LX, SRT 8 and Diablo Forums. Thinking still I had made the wrong choice; I purchased the missing computer connection items. So now I get the items to upload the new changes which I need for my hot rod.
I go to the car to make the flash and sit for what seems like an hour in the heat to find out I still don't have the correct uploads. I go to my laptop to download the correct downloads only find I have no idea what I am doing.
Seated at my computer dripping wet from sweat, I call DiabloSport Tech Support and get Mike on the phone. Mike, I have to say in this open forum I am sorry. Yes, my friend, "I am Sorry." For being a SOB.
Mike was so good with me and not only cooled me down and got me thinking straight but was able to get the downloads I need in no time flat. Mike Thank you... Again, I am sorry for being an A&& Hole. My bad, next time I'm in your area, I'll buy you a beer!

It takes a big man to know his faults and publicly apologize, much respect to that.
Mike is an awesome guy who has answered many upon many questions I have had about the new upcoming programmer for Rams via email. I think that is what sets Diablo apart from many other companies, great customer support and knowledgeable techs combined with an awesome product. I wish all companies had a mike of their own!
