getting kinda upset!

I don't mean to sound like a jerk but I had my intune reset today due to freezing on vehicle identification I was able to sneak out of work to install the cal updates I was given for my truck (2012 sierra 5.3 6 speed 4x4) and I after work I went to tune my truck it got to 100% of the ecm 87 octane tune and said there was a problem and it was going to save a log file and it reset ok..... so I tried again now it just freezes all over again right back to where I started the first time now I understand s*^t happens but I was assured it wont happen again now when I get it reset again on Monday If I can get out of work on time before they close im honestly going to be reluctant to use it once ok its a slight glitch but back to back and didn't even get a chance to install a tune fully...

I would suggest doing the tune while you're on the phone with them. Then they can work out whatever is wrong on the spot.

I had a problem a lot like yours and had to send back in . If the intune does not work correctly They cant do much for you over the phone. My unit should be back today, So I hope it works right this time.

id like to know if you ever got it working and if the tune has made any difference in your truck. mine will write the tune but doesnt feel any different

Wow i feel like a huge jackass shoulda updated when it was resolved just been super busy and slipped my mind yes i got it working well i didnt diablosport walked me through a registry reset again and got my truck all back to stock but i havnt had time to re tune and see if it locks up again when returning to stock ive been so busy but they did assure me that it shouldnt happen again and it was odd that it happened in the first place let alone back to back twice so soon as i get some time ill try it out but i cant say enough about how fast and customer oriented diablosport was even though i was a bit cranky the second time was having a rough day at work and my truck wasnt right but they remained polite and fixed me right up!
