Ram wont downshift

i have an 08 ram with the 5.7 hemi. I have had no problems with any tunes on my t1000 trinity until today. I was running the 87octane tune and stopped and filled up with 93 octane. When i attempted to load the 93 tune at first it wouldnt upload. I reset the tune to stock then on my second attempt it loaded the 93 octane tune. Now my truck wont downshift into 1st gear either automatically or manually. Only goes to 2nd. After messing around for almost two hrs resettnig to stock and trying all the different tunes here is where im at. In stock and 87 octane tune the truck shifts as it should. In 91 and 93 octane tune the truck only goes down as low as 2nd gear and wont go into first gear either automatically or manually during upshift or downshift. I have tried everything i can think of but no luck. Its a trinity problem not a tranny issue. Ant ideas what the problem could be or a fix for it??

Ive never seen or heard of such behavior, is the tool up to date?
