Itune for new 2014 Siliverado,

OK I have a question since Lew it recovering. I bought an ITune with custom tunes for my 2006 Silverado 2500 early last year, from Lew, which was great. I just traded the truck in for a new 2014 Sliverado 1500 5.3. Before trading the truck in, I removed the custom tune and returned the truck back to factory and it seems everything went great in that process with no errors. Now the with that being said, can I just hook up the Intune to my new truck and married it to the new truck and install a default canned tune? I will eventually get another custom tune from Lew down the road but closer to when my warranty is ending. If this is possible, do I have to do anything extra or special to get it to work besides just hooking it up to the OBD-II port?
