Intune doesnt turn on in car, only pc, cable? Port?

Thank you, it doesnt come on when i plug it up to my car via obd2..i ordered another cord and hopefully that will fix it since i cant get an exchange from the guy i got it from cuz he doesnt have anymore, and this was $200 for a new never used intune, probably cant find that deal again and i dont have money right now to pay double that for another one bc so much money tied up in turbo process, was alot of unexpected costs..it works fine on computer but on obd2 port the fuse keeps blowing, tried plugging up to another vehicle and still didnt come on, do u think a new cord might fix it? F
