What's the trick to getting this thing to accept the newest tune.
I gave up trying, and took my Trinity back to where i bought it,and they've been trying for 2 days now too.
If you get a e-mail from Airdrie Truck Accessories, that's my tuner.
Hey and you guys can do a hell'va lot better at answering your phones.
As it stands,i'm totally pissed with yoiur tuner, and Mike at the Truck shop is fustrated to.
So far i don't want my money back, but it's getting closer.
Maybe give Mike a shout, seeings as how you guys don't answer worth crap.

6 days,and still haven't got anywhere.
When you check the Info section, what are the numbers on the tune supposed to be after downloading, what version should be showing up.
Also when you go into the engine options, should it show the 4.7 and 3.6 motors.
All we can get it to show is the 5.7 Hemi, and then it says Other Engine, and when you click on the second option, it says to call a non-existent phone number.
Is there something we're still missing.
Mike at Airdrie Truck did get an e-mail tune from you guys, but it's not doing anything either it seems like.
What in hell are we still not doing right, all i want is a functioning tuner for my $600.00 investment, and this is starting to go beyond fustrating.
I'm tempted to tell Mike to airfreight the flipping thing to you guys, and let you guys figure it out.
But i want the damn thing by next week-end,so that rules out that idea.
Hopefully somebodies around at 8:00 tomorrow morning,as Mike from Airdrie Truck will probably be phoning again

Im sure this is a simple fix, please feel free to give us a call with the tool powered up at a PC and we'll get you sorted out asap.

Its a good idea to start your own thread on the forum if you need assistance, not many people are checking this type of thread for replies.

You can always also email us at support@diablosport.com or call 561-908-0040x1.

Morning Mike,we've been told to phone back after 2 this afternoon,so we'll go from there.
But just in case the Truck Shop is bringing in another Trinity ,as i bought their last they had in stock, it's starting to look like this one might not be quite up to spec.
It's about the only thing we haven't tried,is another tuner, but we'll see how the phone call support goes this afternoon.
Just so you know,i've bought the the Truck Shop 2 cases of beer for their efforts,as they've been bending over backwards trying to sort this thing out for me.
If i ever run into you,i'll expect some beer back, lol.
And none of that water'd down stuff you guys call beer,

Well you're getting closer.
It at least shows the 4.7 engine, but it's giving us Calbration Update Sequence Error 4,and won't marry to the truck.
Another phone call looks to be in the works.

Thanks for the support guys.
Took a week and a few phone calls, but the guys at Airdrie Truck finally got my tuner working.
They did a 2014 EcoBoost yesterday, and it was a piece of cake compared to doing my 2013 4.7 Dodge
Young Jon probably has close to 20 hours into getting it sorted out and working
I give the kid a pile of credit,i'd of thrown the damn thing through a window by now,but the kid is stubborn, and he was bound and determined to get it working
Sure like the fact i can raise the part throttle shift points, the trucks a pleasure to drive now.
No more short shifting and falling on it's face at light throttle openings.
Noticable power increase on the 93 tune compared to the stock tune.
It's been a fustrating week ,but i gotta say i really like it now that it's finally working.

Been chewing on your rears for abit,so i figured i'd give an update.
Finally got my Evic so it's not turning on and off constantly,33 seconds seems to be the ideal number.
Now for some good news.

Had the truck on the dyno this week-end,and came away impressed.
It turned the rollers to 250.45 hp and 263.6 ft/lbs of torque at 4400 feet of altitude,on the 93 tune, have to admit i was smiling then :D .
Even the dyno guys who had never had a 4.7 Ram on the rollers were impressed for 287 cubes.

Torque is pretty flat from 3500 to 4800,and makes over 250 ft/lbs in that rpm band.
Ran 12.8 to 13.00 on A/F,maybe a touch lean,but that's after the cats too.
Mods to date.
Knife edged and ported 78mm throttle body
Magnaflow Cat back dual exhuast.
180F thermostat.
AirRaid CAI,modified with a custom top cover (aka S&B style cover),fed by a 3" ram air tube to the front bumper.
Moroso Catch Can.
Basically stock except for a couple bolt ons,so when it spun the rollers to 250hp i started smiling .
Just figured i'd give an update,as i've been pretty rough on you Mike.

Glad to hear it.

I might suggest adding a little fuel at WOT, most of the HEMIs like to be around 12.5:1, I bet the 4.7 is similar.
There may be a little more torque in the middle from adding some fuel, and maybe even a little more power up top.

Thanks

I've been been thinking i might give one of Seans tunes a try.
There's also a few shops around here that do have a fair bit of Hemi tuning under their belt too.
Just have to decide how much i want to spend :D
