What is this= PCM: ERROR Unlock for Reflash (-18) is something wrong whit the tuner or the truck PCM

error unlock messages are generally PCM issues, what vehicle?

It is a 2013 dodge ram 1500 5.7 litre and went trying to modifying a custom tune it give me that error message went I download the tune back to be modify.
