2014 Durango RT RWD HELP!

Hi I Have A 2014 Durango RT RWD I Purchased A Trinity With You Guys
And I Tried Hooking It Up First Thing IT Pulls Up Is Needs Calupdate
Calibration 68172058AF Not Supported Have To Downgrade To something Eles Tried Updating The
Tuner And Still Pulls Up Same Thing So I Tried Updating Again Go Back Down To The Car But Now It Says
Calupdate Sequence Error :4
Please Help

I had the same "CalUpdate sequence error: 4" after updating my trinity to the latest 1r12a for my 2014 Ram 1500 express 8spd hemi. I searched and found this 1t12cd you suggested and updated my tuner with it. I went out and tried it in my truck. it booted up. I went to install performance tune and it told me it need to update vehicle Cal and then just started going with no options. It started writing and made it to 100% then gave me a failure to finish and needed to reboot. Well It looks like it started writing before it took a backup. Not the tuner keeps restarting telling me it didn't complete and I should restore backup. I tell it yes then it tries and tells me it doesn't have one or it was already restored. It reboots and does this all over again. My truck is now without any tune and I'm stuck. Please help ASAP! I will call your tech line first thing in the morning.
My PCM calibration is 68153799AF.

I Guess I'm Not The Only One That Had There PCM Fried They Will Tell You Take It To The Dealer To Have The Stock File Put Back In Or Send It To Them So They Can Look AT It In My Case PCM Got Fried And There Replacing The Whole PCM SO MY REVIEW IS THEY DO NOT HAVE 8 SPEED DOWN YET IT WILL MAKE YOU A PROBLEM IN TELL FUTURE UPDATES AF CALIBRAION IS NOT SUPPORETED DO NOT TRY THIS UPDATE!

if you send us the pcm there is no need to replace it, this I can assure you.

If It Was That Easy Mike I Would Have Done It Who The Heck Knows Where That Thing Is At
1) I Am Not Mechanically Inclined
2)I Would Say At Least 50% Of Your Sales Are Probably Not Either
But Listen No Harm Done Its Getting Fixed And I Guess Ill Just Have To Go With Another Tuner I Really Liked Yours But I Don't Even Want To Plug It In Again Scared It'll Make Another Huge Problem

There is no real mechanical ability required to remove the PCM. If you need some help from us in the future, please feel free to let us know.
