Missing 93 Octane tune for 2010 Ram 1500?

According to:

for my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L HEMI, there should be:

• 93 Octane Performance Tune
• 91 Octane Performance Tune
• 87 Octane Performance Tune
• Mileage Booster
• Modified Stock

but when I hook up the inTune to the OBD-2 port, I don't see the 93 Octane tune.

I'm running 1r04d code on the inTune. Did they discontinue or rename the 93 Octane Performance Tune?
