stuck in modified stock + quick adjust

so i took the 93 tune out of my charger to go to the dealer,i put the 93 tune back in but when i adjust the trans firmness it fails,it says restore quick adjust fails,so i go to put the original tune in same thing restore quick adjust fails with oem tune cant reset back to original specs,when i try to adjust anything on the transmission it fails,my oem factory tune is stuck in modify stock + quick adjust its a 11 r/t road and track 5.7 im at a loss as to what happened ,i need help supposed to go on vacation in 2 wks.
