Trinity locked up and not says Internal Update

I had this happen before I filled out RMA and got it fixed. the first time this happen when I plugged in the trinity into the computer it would say Internal Update please unplug .......
but now I can plug it into my computer and everything looks fine the software can see it and what not.

I have a idea whats going to be said i have to do another RMA and send it back.. is this a known issue thats going to keep happening?

Yes but only now when I plug it into my truck

I filled out RMA and I will get it shipped back. I just hope it does not happen again. I like telling people its a great tuner and they should buy one. but really can't have to happening over and over again

am I going to have to find the receipt again? you should have record from last RMA

Just pluged it into the truck and it came back up. once I touched performance it locks up and it won't do anything

So i got my tuner back after being with out it for week and not being able to use it for about month.
note saying nothing wrong with it and charging me shipping! Really? why the heck would I even spend the time and fill out a RMA if there was nothing wrong with it? So I plugged it in and when to restore the tune. Before when I would do it that tuner would just lock up at the main screen and I would have to unplug it and when I plug it in I would get the message. So by some kind of magic its working. So I now have it back to my stock tune. Think I might just sell it so I don't have to worry about my truck having a tune stuck and going through this all over again. I am disappointed in the product and will be letting people what I have gone through and to be wary about this product.
