2008 F250 6.4 PS

Does the T1000 work with the above mentioned vehicle like the pamphlet I am staring at says it does? Because mine doesn't! As an added bonus I have been able to get ZERO customer support for the last several days!!!!! So I effectively have a 600 paperweight. Any suggestions before I return it?
