DIABLO intune won't read ecu

i went to restore the factory setting after i did so my car won't start all the lights are on and now i tried to put TUNE BACK IN AND THE programmer won't read ecu !!!

WHAT DO I DO !!!!1

2013 mustang gt ... the programmer wiped out the ecu so it wouldn't read it .. i went to ford and they had to re flash my ecu

i pluged in intune to 2004 v6 mustang before doing any updates, intune work perfect but now i done updates online and intune says car not supported
