itune issues

ok so i got my iTune in the mail and plugged it into my 12 tahoe and tried to upload the diablo tune. i then plugged it in my mac and tried to update it but couldn't figure it out so i ran my windows virtual machine and registered the tuner and updated it. now when i plug it into the vehicle and try to load a tune or read dtc codes or even try to get the vehicle info it locks up and nothing happens. turns out that the diablo tune was loaded because my speedo is not limited anymore. need help on what to do next.
