I've spent numerous hours over the last 3 days trying to resolve issues with this tuner. Your advertisement should warn future customers not to buy this tuner if they own a Mac Computer, it's not compatible.
I've tried posting, emailing and calling only to be told to send this, send that and nothing comes of it. When I call and wait my usual 15 to 20 minutes to talk with Tech Support it seems like they can't wait to get me off the phone fast enough. Most likely they are too busy putting out fires for other customers.
I can tell by all the post I've read over the last 3 days I'm not the only one with these same problems. I've sent info files several times to Tech Support, "won't mention any names you know who you are" and can't even get a reply when asking for help registering this devise.
With great disappointment I will be boxing this unit up and sending it back to AutoAnything. I'm not too happy having to pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee for an item that doesn't perform as advertised.
