Reloading tune T-1000

I have loaded my stock tune back on my car so I can go get a state inspection. My Question is when I put my Custom tune back on. Will it load as the custom tune was written or will it write what changes I made with tire height after the tune was written?

if you had to change tire size, you'll need to do it again.

So a custom tune is some how lock and anything I may change will revert back when reloaded correct.
Does it matter if I change any setting in quick change or in the custom tune.

nothing is locked per se, but tire size is a Quick Adjust, and is not part of the tune on your car, so its a separate adjustment.
