Invalid calibration?

I tried to update my predator and this is what it says when I try to install a tune in my car.

Invalid Calibration
Update Fiile (1)

Calib: 05094817AF

What does this mean?

Start with 8r20 on the tool, then do the update.

It works great.
The problem was with my PC so, used the wifes laptop.
