Stalling after loading 93 tune

Jeep has been running stock for a month now. I did a new backup because I couldn't load my hemifever tune. I noticed it changed from AE to a AG at end of pcm backup. I installed the diablo 93 which also ending in AG. With the 93 installed my Grand Cherokee is stalling after about 45 seconds. With the 93 tune I'm getting really hard starts, jerking vehicle and loud pop and jerk when shifting to park, drive or neutral. It's stalling with a hard jerk before I can get out of drive way but luckily I can start it right back up but it repeats this stalling process each time. Don't have this issue once I restore to original backup. 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland 5.7 HEMI.

can you load this update then load the diablo tune and the modify stock tune and let me know if both or either work properly?

Ill be able to do it later this evening. When you say modified stock do you just mean the factory backup? I don't modify my stock tunes only let sean from hemifever touch the modifications.

there is a tune in the list called modify stock, which makes no changes. We want to see if that loads and runs OK.

Tune seemed to load fine and didn't stall. I got an error installing the 93 but I tried a second time and it completed. Did a few logged runs and the jeep didn't seem to miss a beat. Thanks for getting a fix so quick!

The trinity_dcx_gas-1t13bb_update.crom you have attached a few posts above - is it a universal one? - i.e. can I download it and use it in my vehicle (2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 Hemi)?


Please advise, because right now the trinity is of no use to me.

Yes the modified stock loaded first time, car seemed to run fine. Then I loaded the 93, first load gave me a error "PCM :error unlock for reflash (-18)". On second try it loaded and said it was good to go. The 93 didn't stall my jeep and felt as though everything was running fine, but I'm having sean from hemifever look over the logs to make sure everything is truly running properly though. I'll report back soon as i hear from him.

Mike, it works! I have tried only the Performance tune 93 and have driven it for about 3 miles - and no check engine lights, everything seems to run great.
