Help PLEASE!!

So I bought a Intune tuner today from 4 Wheel Parts, brought it home and updated everything. I plug it into my Jeep (05 Grand Cherokee 5.7 Hemi) and it has me do a PCM flash. I went along with it cause I figured that's what it is supposed to do. While its doing its thing I'm getting error codes on the dash Service 4wd System, Service Elec Brake, Check Guages, Trans Over Temp but, they went away when it was done. I plugged the MPG tune in and now my Jeep runs like complete crap, it sounds like it has a misfire, exhaust leak, runs rough, it wants to stall out after you give it gas. I tried to restore the factory tune and its still running like crap. What do I do? I'm at a loss and don't have another car!

Its stuck in 4 cylinder mode. Disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset the MDS system. Then reconnect it and all will be fine. This is very, very common with the 05s with the old MDS system.

you should be able to clear the codes to fix it as well
