U7146 - Neutral Rev Limit not found

Post by Ares »

Recently picked this tuner up and everything is available other than the neutral rev limit option. I did try the manual/auto option and it did not show with either. I do see rev limit drive and speed limiter options. Trying to get car ready for NMRA Season opener as this is one of the options I will be needing along with the data logging in use with wide band sensors. I see an update of some sort is being worked on for this tuner but I am hoping something can be figured out before hand.

Using with 2004 Mustang GT 5speed
version is v7r50d

Oh and your performance tune is nice and I am very interested in getting to track for some test sessions on this tune and tweaking it from there.

I am having the same problem with the same tuner and same car only in addition my idle speed is not changeable. I was told via tech support to email my original tune so they can write me a tune with the parameters I wanted.

The missing rev limiter in neutral is an issue with some of the calibrations. We can adjust what you need in a custom tune if you'd like. May I ask why you need to rev out in neutral?

Good luck with NMRA, a couple of us will be at Bradenton as well.

Neutral Rev limit is used as a basic 2 step in manual transmissions. Having a tune will not work if I need to change the setting. I will have to look into something else to use.
