U7135 unable to store CROM image

I have a 2006 300C 5.7. I have a U7135 Predator. I used it a few times over a week or so. It has the latest software 9r18.crom and 2.1.0.9 downloader. I started getting an intermittent 'application missing or corrupt' message but rebooting a few times would clear it. Finally, it would not reboot.
I've followed the guidelines for reloading and the bootloader loads until it errors out at packet 7747 of 8587. This is not a random error, it does it every time.

The file size indicated on the loader is 1099136.
Am I missing anything?
This is a new unit.

I'm having a similar issue with my new U7135. Came with the original r14 software- downloaded update to 9r18, but bootloader hangs at 8195 packets.

I too am having issues. I just recieved the predator that I ordered over the weekend and tried updating to latest version for my 2009 Jeep SRT8 and it failed to load 9r18 file. I was able to load 9r12 but I think I need to latest for 2009 jeeps.

I just tried to install the 9r18 CROM into my new Predator U7135, and I get the same error. What do I need to do?

Do I need to try to load u7135-9r12 first, and then try 9r18? Or is there a known procedure to get this thing working again? It had 9r17 on it before I tried to load 9r18, and I thought I followed the procedure correctly. But it stopped loading at packet 7747 of 8587, and now when ever I try to boot/power it on, I get the error message "The application missing or corrupt".

Use legacy coneect and load the file I am sending.

i have my predator plugged into the adapter and into my laptop and its not letting me download the crom file i have to get the car update thing that the dodge has to have. so pleasse help me with this im ready to get this thing going.

I have a very old u7186 for my duramax however it has not been updated to allow lmm trucks well I followed the directions on everything I could find and it hangs at like 8195 packets is there a special I need emailed to get this working?
