New issue with Dataviewer?

I'm having a weird problem...tuning a car today and for some reason NONE of the customer's logs will pull up in Dataviewer. Even the logs I've had previously saved and viewed over the few days before hand.

I can still pull up any of my other previous customers tunes that I have saved to my computer, but nothing from this guy.

I'm using version 3.3.11 I believe, but I've tried the other version that's on the site on the Predator update page with no luck.

When I open Dataviewer, click "open" and select the file, the loading bar loads about half way and just stays there. Then it says that the program is not responding. Restarted computer, deleted and re installed Dataviewer, etc. Not sure what else I need to do to be able to look at these logs.

what is that garbage, have to download exe file downloader and stuff?

just post/attach the log files here directly please!

Do I just directly attach the file to the bottom? I never have to use this forum. Let me know if this works.

yes that worked...

and yes that log file opens just fine for me in DataViewer 3.3.0.8.

Same stuff happens here since 3.3.08 now on 3.3.11

just press( ctrl, alt del) all together and select task manager then search the (processes tab) and find all dataviewer programs running , highlight and end task. Then close the task manager and re-start dataviewer... then you can open the files.

I've tried what you mentioned above at least a dozen times.

Like I said, I can open up ALL the other logs I have from other customers, except from this guy.

I've restarted my computer several times, re installed Dataviewer, etc. Yet every time I try to open any of his logs it will load it about half way and make the "click" sound like it's about to open, and just stay there. Then it says "program is not responding" and I have go into the task manager to close it. It happens every. single. time. But only with this one customer's logs.

He can pull them up just fine on his PC at home, and I guess everyone else can too, but I can't.

Again, I'm not having any problems whatsoever opening up anyone else's logs. Just his (I have about 4 total that he's done and sent, trying to see if the files were just corrupt)

Pardon me but I just tried to open the log and I cannot open it either... but I can open other logs.
Only one thing to say about my "Diablew" Tune!

weird.
I can open it with 3308 as well, but not with 33010 or 33011.

Thanks Mike.....Only problem with reverting back to this older version is that it won't let me view all the PID's in the 08 PCM cars I'm doing. That's the only reason I updated. LOL

Is there any way I can run two versions of Dataviewer on my system?
