Stuck in 3rd gear when using 91 and 93 oct tune

Just got this and updated it after plugging it into laptop. I goto load the 91 and 93 oct tune but the car stays stuck in 3rd gear. With Stock tune, car goes through all gears. Also it says it fails to reset TCM. I'm confused.

My car is a 2013 Charger RT blacktop

are you adjusting anything related to the gear ratio or tire size when installing either of those tunes?

Hopefully this is resolved. Ended up returning the intune and got a different one and all is good.

Also, torque management adjustment does not show up in the Adjustable parameters. Do I need to update the intune to have the capability to adjust?

There is no TM param offered for any Charger applications, TM is heavily reduced in the tunes.

I have a friend who is experiencing this now with a 2014 Challenger. What is the best course of action. He installed the 91 octane tune when it started. Tried returning it to stock but it's still stuck in 3rd gear. Any ideas?

Not throwing any codes. I know he was having problems updating the tuner because he has a Mac.
