93 Octane tune with CAI adjustments?

With my U7145 (for my 2007 GT), If I load a canned tune (85mm or AiRaid) for a CAI, which octane fuel should I use?
Are those CAI canned tunes created from a performance tune, or do they work off stock tune?
Would I need to get a custom tune to use the Diablo tune and have the adjustments set for a CAI?

if you have a cai, choose the one you have, if not, simply use the tune for the octane you run.

Maybe I wasn't clear...what grade of fuel should I use if I use one of the CAI tunes on the Predator?

Unless otherwise specified, they are for 91 or better.
