Hello,

I have the intune dcx 1000 and had a 2013 challenger sxt which I tuned perfectly. I just traded it in for a 2014 R/T and got a message that I didn't have any more active licenses. What do I need to do?

you must restore the stock tune to the first vehicle to unlock it for use on the 2nd vehicle.

Ok - thanks... that stinks... I don't have that vehicle any longer.

Any other options?

it can be unlocked for $159 by filling out the unlock request form on our site under support.
